What data we process and why
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address (and optionally your name, if provided at sign-up) to send you information about AI training, automation, and related topics. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, or in writing to info@praxai.eu. We retain this data until you unsubscribe, or at most 3 years from your last activity.
Contact form
If you contact us via the form on the website, we process your name, company name, email address, phone number, company size, the topic of your inquiry, and the content of your message in order to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is either taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We retain this data for at most 24 months from the last communication, unless it results in a contractual relationship (in which case accounting and tax law retention periods apply).
Cookies and analytics
As of the date of this notice, praxai.eu does not use third-party visitor-tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics) or advertising pixels. If this changes in the future, we will update this notice and add an appropriate consent banner.
Who we share data with
We primarily process your data ourselves. Our hosting and email service providers may have technical access, strictly to the extent needed to operate the website and deliver emails, under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Transfers outside the EU
Hantasy OÜ is registered in Estonia (EU). We process data within the European Economic Area by default. Should any of our service providers process data outside the EEA, we ensure an adequate level of protection as required by GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- rectify inaccurate data,
- erasure („right to be forgotten“),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Send requests regarding your rights to info@praxai.eu. We will respond within 30 days at the latest.
Complaints
If you believe our processing of your data violates GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For Hantasy OÜ, the competent authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee), but you may also contact the authority in your own country.
